Here are the resources you can call upon to make sure you'll never miss a beat in the city's bustling arts scene.

San Francisco’s Cultural-Caped-Crusader Concierges
When: Jan. 30 - Feb. 6, 2016   
Where: Visitor Information Kiosks: Market Street at Spear Street and Market Street at Main Street
Hours: 4 - 8 p.m. 
What: Meet a knowledgeable crew of Cultural-Caped-Crusader Concierges who will illuminate events and cultural happenings in San Francisco for locals and visitors alike during Super Bowl week. These concierges will appear in San Francisco during special events throughout the year, wearing illuminated hats and capes. They have already lit up a series of tours and events for visitors during Illuminate SF 2015-16, and you will find them working at kiosks throughout the many Super Bowl celebrations. 
Neighborhoods: Yerba Buena, South of Market, Embarcadero

Hours: Saturday, Jan. 30: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Sunday, Jan. 31: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Monday, Feb. 1 - Friday, Feb. 5: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 6 and Sunday, Feb. 7: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
What: What speaks 14 languages and always has the scoop on what's happening in San Francisco? The answer is San Francisco's Visitor Information Center (ViC). The center features Super Bowl themed imagery painted on the windows by local artist Andrew Lawrence.

Where: Macy's Union Square, 170 O'Farrell Street (Lower Level, Cellar of the Macy's Union Square)
Hours: Saturday, Jan. 30: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sunday, Jan. 31: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Monday, Feb. 1 - Thursday, Feb. 4: 10 a.m.  – 9 p.m.; Friday, Feb. 5: 10 a.m.   – 10 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 6: 9 a.m.  – 10 p.m.; Sunday, Feb. 7: 9 a.m.  – 7 p.m.
What: One of the most popular areas for tourists in San Francisco – certainly for those doing any shopping – now has a visitor information center. Located at Union Square inside Macy’s, it’s a staffed center that also has information on touch screens. A big plus is that people can also purchase tickets to the city’s attractions and make hotel reservations.
