The Mansion at Casa Madrona (801 Bridgeway, Sausalito)

Built in 1887 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the original mansion was a successful bed and breakfast for nearly 40 years before undergoing renovations, which were completed in 2014. California Memorial Stadium (2227 Piedmont Ave., Berkeley)
One of the newest venues in the Bay Area, California Memorial Stadium offers unparalleled views, exceptional service and a unique setting in the heart of the University of California Berkeley campus. Unique, elegant settings are available for private and corporate events. Planners may choose from four distinctive venues for an event: Field Club, Stadium Club, University Club and Chancellor’s Box. . Each event space provides its own unique experience and includes Cal’s signature hospitality service. The Field Club which is the largest event space in the stadium will accommodate 650 for a reception on the main floor and 250 on the mezzanine level. The Chancellor’s Box, the smallest of the spaces, is where the Chancellor roots for the Golden Bears when they’re on the field. Ideal for small gatherings or intimate dinners, it will accommodate 12 seated and 75 for receptions.

Maritime Museum/San Francisco Maritime National Park Association (976 Beach St.)
