Free Opera at AT&T Park

Interested in opera but can't make it to the Opera House? You can experience opera for free and in high definition at AT&T Park on the stadium's 103-foot wide scoreboard. San Francisco Opera and the San Francisco Giants invite the public to 2017's Opera at the Ballpark on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. for a free performance of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, simulcast live from the War Memorial Opera House.

Now in its 11th showing, this free event offers opera fans - and those who are curious - a unique opportunity to experience opera in a fun, outdoor and family-friendly environment. Previous shows, featuring classics and fan favorites such as Carmen, The Marriage of Figaro and Aida, have attracted more than 30,000 fans. The ballpark venue lends itself to unique audience engagements, in addition to fun, interactive in-performance entertainment. This year's selection, Don Giovanni, is Mozart's acclaimed mix of comedy and tragedy in his take on the tale of Don Juan, and a perennial favorite of opera-goers.

Sit on the field or in the stands, and enjoy hot dogs and garlic fries during the show! Bring friends and family for an evening of spectacular music and entertainment and enjoy AT&T Park – and opera – under the stars.

AT&T Park is easily accessible by public transit, car and bike. For full details, visit AT&T Park online.
