For decades, military officers gathered with their colleagues and families at the Presidio Officers' Club. Today, new generations are invited to host special celebrations, weddings, and meetings in this beautiful and historic venue. The Officers' Club features the stunning Ortega Ballroom, with an outdoor terrace offering panoramic views of San Francisco Bay. The open-air Hardie Courtyard is perfect for small gatherings, receptions, and exhibits. At the center of the Officers' Club is Moraga Hall, with a large historic fireplace anchoring its living room setting. The hall is often used for pre-event gatherings. The Officers' Club's proximity to the Chapel of Our Lady, Presidio Chapel, and the Inn at the Presidio make it an extra-convenient location to plan a special occasion in the park. Built in 1937, the historic Log Cabin was originally a non-commissioned officers' club. Located within the Fort Scott campus along the Presidio's western shore, not far the Golden Gate Bridge, this rustic cabin with a Spanish red-tile roof is one of the park's most popular venues. The large lawn area is ideal for wedding ceremonies or receptions, and offers panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline. Read more about the Log Cabin here.
A more recreational event space is the Presidio Golf Course, one of the oldest courses on the West Coast. It has hosted Theodore Roosevelt, Charles Schulz, and Joe DiMaggio, among others. The clubhouse's vaulted ceilings and terrace make it a popular choice for intimate events. Read more about the Presidio Golf Course here.
