Where We’ve Been. Where We’re Going.

We’ve made history here. You may be wearing some of it now.

It was back in 1873 when our founder Levi Strauss partnered with Reno tailor Jacob Davis to patent the first pant made stronger by reinforcing with copper rivets. That’s when blue jeans were born – and they quickly became the workwear for building the American West.

When you visit our global headquarters at Levi’s Plaza, you’ll see some of the oldest jeans in the world at The Vault – the public side of our world-famous company archives. You’ll also see how our designers use our vintage product collection to make the Levi's® and Dockers® apparel you love today. See what inspires them – and how these one-of-a-kind fashion classics are maintained and cared for.

You may have heard of our Water<Less™ collection – products made using significantly less water. It’s just one example of our commitment to build sustainability into everything we do. We don’t stop with our products. Our headquarters at Levi’s Plaza is now LEED-Certified Gold for its recent green renovation. Inside the walls, you’ll find more than 25,500 pairs of blue jeans – recycled into safe, green denim insulation – and other energy and water-saving features.

And don’t forget our Levi’s® Plaza store in lobby. Here you’ll find the latest premium products and friendly, knowledgeable stylists to help you complete a striking new look. You’ll also see innovation that matters – Levi's® Curve ID and Revel women’s collection, Levi's® Water<Less™ jeans, and Dockers® Alpha Collection.
