James Beard Award winning chef, Jonathan Waxman's menu highlights the Bay Areas seasonality and ingredients in simply prepared California and Italian inspired dishes. The menu offers ingredient-driven pastas, wood roasted farm stand vegetables, meats and fish and fresh salads featuring local bounty. The menu will reflect what Northern California farmers and purveyors have in season each day. The wine program, curated by David Lynch, James Beard Foundation Award winning sommelier and author, features an eclectic list comprised of New and Old World selections, with a focus on California and West Coast producers, a good amount from France and Italy and a good remainder from the rest of the regions around the world. There are 20 wines by the glass, local beers and hand-crafted seasonal cocktails. Waxman's contains a few distinctive dining areas from warm and casual to stylish and elegant, as well as an all season partially covered outdoor dining room.
