Tosca is a cool old large cafe with red leather booths. You can imagine crimes being plotted here and probably a lot really have. They make a lot of great coffee/alchohol drinks. The music is jukebox Italian operetta's and the client is filled with many locals. Not a party place, but an interesting place to stop in for a few drinks. No food is served here.
Andy's rating is an "B" for a cool atmosphere at night but a little cliquey/weirded out. Points also off for loud & sucky discotechque next door whose beats pound through Tosca's wall late nights.
