Multi-lingual staff; well-appointed accommodation and five restaurants serve a mix of cuisine. An outdoor pool with whirlpool spa and Fitness Center round out the hotel's services.

Hilton Reservations

T.F. writes, "We found the room to be a little small but had a fantastic view. The hotel was very posh and full of many foreign tourists. The lobby was always full, even at four in the morning. Don't ask the doormen for any advise on where to go or you'll end up in some tourist trap or at an unsafe, uncool part of town. If you go to the gym, expect to pay a large sum to workout at a very small facility. Parking is $46 a day so you might want to just skip the rental car."

Its a 4 Star Standard hotel...., June 20, 2009

Pretty much your standard 4 star hotel and
amenities. huge property. 2000 rooms multiple
restaurants expansive pleasing lobby friendly
staff. the rooms can be on the small side;
this is not the ultimate luxury hotel it's more
geared towards business really but services
offered are hardly lacking. the hotel has
several different buildings really that are all
connected, to an extent. one might have to go
to the ground floor and take a different
elevator to the top of the tower; where
cityscape, the signature restaurant on the 47th
floor is. which is not to be missed

We've stayed there four or five times and love it, mainly for it's access to some great San Francisco spots. Parking (self) is now about .00 a night so we'll fly in and take BART to within walking distance. There is a parking garage across the street that is much more reasonable. Service at this Hilton has always been excellent. We're going back again this Christmas.
