A small hotel with an English feel very close to Union Square shopping. The Windsor room serves a continental breakfast and afternoon tea-time in the English style. Anthony writes, " While room was smaller than we like, the service was second to none! King George's ads claim fine Europeon Service and they deliver! Highly recommend this hotel, it is in a great area, found couple of nice places for drinks, and of course close to all Union Square area has to offer." 334 Mason @ Geary
Ben writes, "The Donatello is a European-boutique type (circa 1915) hotel with 102 rooms including 7 suites. The lobby is filled with beautiful antiques. Excellent service -- including night-time bedding turndowns. The rooms are nicely furnished with local art and very spacious. The hotel also includes a whirlpool, fitness center, and rooftop lounge with great views. The hotel is rated "3 stars" by Mobil. It's hard to beat for class, comfort, and its knowledgeable staff."
