The Hella Mega Tour Hits Oracle Park in 2020

Oracle Park welcomes back rock band Green Day for the Hella Mega Tour, presented by Harley-Davidson, in 2020. The Bay Area band is teaming up with Fall Out Boy and Weezer for the tour, with Oracle Park hosting the second North American stop on Tue., July 21. The tour, promoted by Live Nation, kicks off Sat., June 13 and will feature an arsenal of hits, such as “American Idiot,” “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “Sugar We’re Goin Down,” “Island in the Sun” and “Beverly Hills.”

Tour Information

The global tour begins in Paris and will visit cities across Europe and the UK throughout the month, including Glasgow, London, and Dublin. The 20-city North American outing will bring the bands to some of the most renowned ballparks, including Wrigley Field, Fenway Park and, of course, Oracle Park.

In 2005, Green Day performed a legendary show at the ballpark on their American Idiot Tour, as the East Bay band headlined a sold-out show in front of their hometown crowd of 42,000. The punk rock trio, comprised of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool, has sold more than 85 million records worldwide and collected five Grammy Awards. Fall Out Boy, Weezer, and special guest The Interrupters will all be making their Oracle Park debuts.
