The San Francisco Travel Association has scheduled a briefing titled “What is International Pow Wow and Why Do I Care?” for Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 9:00-10:00 am in City Hall, Room 305.

The San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with San Francisco International Airport, has announced the appointment of The Contact Inc. in Japan to promote San Francisco as the preferred U.S. destination and San Francisco International Airport as the preferred gateway into San Francisco, California, and the western region.
The San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with San Francisco International Airport, has opened a representation office in India, making San Francisco the first, and only, U.S. convention & visitors bureau and airport to have representation services in India. San Francisco precedes even the U.S. in having such service.
