“Rick is a great addition to our Chicago-based sales team,” says Leonard Hoops, executive vice president and chief customer officer for the SFCVB. “His experience and strong relationships with meeting professionals in the association, corporate and incentive markets will be major assets for San Francisco and our hotel partners. He and Walden give us a formidable team in the Midwest.”
