Limitations and Alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of sftravel.com, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you experience an issue not listed below.
Booking.com - The hotel booking interfaces (through Booking.com) are facilitated via iFrames (Inline Frames). These iFrames in question do NOT support iFrame titles. If you're unable to utilize the hotel booking interfaces in question, please book your stay directly on Booking.com.
Events.com - The event calendar(s) and individual event pages present on sftravel.com are populated directly from Events.com. The event calendar(s) are not fully optimized for keyboard navigation. Additionally, some of the elements used on both the event calendar(s) and individual event pages do not meet the WCAG 2.2 AA color contrast requirements. If you're unable to utilize the event calendar(s) and/or individual event pages, please browse and book events directly on Events.com.
Alternatively, please contact us via phone, email, or postal address if you encounter an issue or wish to speak to a team member directly to assist with booking a stay or browsing events.
About Our Efforts
We have partnered with our web provider, and the accessibility auditing provider UsableNet, to reduce the occurrence of barriers across all elements of our website. The audits are reviewed on a monthly basis, followed by code updates.
