August 2021

Re-openings and Renovations

The Presidio Trust announced that Lodge at the Presidio, a historic national park hotel in the Presidio of San Francisco, has been awarded the esteemed LEED Gold green building certification, the second highest rating. The Lodge at the Presidio achieved LEED Gold certification for implementing practical and measurable solutions in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.

Re-openings and Renovations

BEI San Francisco has newly reopened its doors as a Trademark Collection by Wyndham hotel. One block from the Orpheum Theatre and Bill Graham Civic Center Auditorium, the 396-room hotel puts guests at the nexus of art, entertainment and tech with instant access to the nearby Financial District and Union Square along with iconic attractions and legendary neighborhoods. Multifunction indoor and outdoor spaces include a 4,000-square-foot outdoor terrace.

 

June 2021

Our Gate Is Open

As of June 15, 2021, San Francisco and the rest of the State of California are fully reopened. With the exception of "mega events" and certain public services, there are no longer any masking, physical distancing, or capacity restrictions on businesses in San Francisco. A major reason that San Francisco is able to reopen with such confidence is the incredibly high vaccination rate of our citizens. In fact, according to some experts, our city may be the first in the nation to approach herd immunity.

The Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge (1800 Powell St., Emeryville)

The Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge in Emeryville has completed a multi-million dollar renovation that includes additional guest rooms on the top floor that feature amazing views of the Oakland hills and San Francisco Bay.

New Properties

The Clancy (299 Second St.)

One of San Francisco’s newest hotels, The Clancy, Autograph Collection opened its doors on October 1, 2020. The Clancy provides easy access to notable attractions such as Oracle Park and Chase Center for concerts. It's also just blocks away from The Moscone Center. The Clift Royal Sonesta has reopened with a new look and redesigned interior spaces.
