The San Francisco Travel ViCs are the city's official "front desks," serving 400,000 visitors annually. VIC staff and volunteers curate the San Francisco experience, providing one-on-one interaction with visitors from around the world. Located on the lower level of Hallidie Plaza near the cable car turnaround at Powell and Market Streets. Open daily, M-F 9am-5pm, Sa-Su and holidays 9am-3pm; closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Su Nov.-April.
