South American
Mission District

Lolinda is a new kind of Argentinean steakhouse that combines Latin American flavors with California sensibilities in San Francisco’s Mission District. Lolinda is a lively destination restaurant for group dining, dates, business dinners and celebrations, as well as a spot for locals and restaurant industry types who congregate at one of the restaurant’s two full bars.

Executive Chef Alejandro Morgan offers a wide range of meats cooked perfectly over the wood-fired asador (grill), as well as ceviche, empanadas, specialty dishes, and grilled skewers.

Expertly-made nuevo (new) and clasico (classic steakhouse style) cocktails are crafted at each of the restaurant’s two full bars.

An Argentinian Steakhouse needs to be sexy, and rich, textural finishes, dark wood wainscoting and hefty leather banquettes were used to achieve this.

The lighting is grand. With two loft-style levels, Lolinda feels spacious yet sexy with its moody ambiance and low lighting. Large custom light fixtures fill the dining room to connect the main level with the mezzanine.

The sexy upstairs bar is dark and sultry. The perforated metal lanterns and three-dimensional tile hanging from the ceiling create depth through pattern play. It is a great space for watching the action below of a warm and bustling steakhouse.
